Remove tiles at kitchen bench and under fridge Lay underlay which complies with STC65. Please provide evidence of compliance for approval by body-corporate. Lay plank flooring in living area and hallway. 15m2 approx. Laminate plank flooring should have good or excellent resistance to swelling or distortion if wet. Please describe resistance in your quote. Prepare and lay vinyl over bathroom tiles. (propose existing tiles remain under vinyl open to discuss this) Remove all debris and surplus materials from site. The common area rubbish disposal is not to be used for waste disposal. General Must have experience laying flooring in occupied CBD apartment buildings. Please describe your experience. The tenants will move their furniture into the middle bedroom. One of the tenants will move out and stay with family while the job takes place. The other tenant needs to stay. A safety/building induction may be required. If required, this can be charged hourly no need to allow for in quote. Please advise hourly rate if required. Quotes can be tagged subject to site visit if needed. I want to minimise disruption for the tenant so am seeking indicative pricing prior to site visit.
