Floorboard replacment, sand, polish
Job description
I have 3 small areas, no more than 10sqm, in my house that require the floorboards to be replaced or redone as they are not aligned correctly (not sure what type of wood sorry, 1949 brick house it that helps), then need those replaced floorboards, plus a very small other area of flooring in the bathroom to be sanded, then polished to match the rest of the house. Job needs to be done early next week, 20-22 July. Come view and quote ASAP and I will make the call this weekend.

14m2 job. Hallway floors came up nice, still has a lasting toilet ring in bathroom. Costs were as quoted, but a "minimal job cost" not ideal as it was explained a smaller job would've incurred the same cost. Work started the day after quoting which was brilliant. Was an hour early the 1st day which i was luckily prepared for,was on time the 2nd day. Responded to ad in good time,but did not respond to further Builders Crack messages to arrange. Didn't clean toilet after going #2... Wood recommend
