Laminated cork floor repairs at Peary Road

We've had a leak at our rental property that caused damage to the cork laminated floor which is now cracked. I also think the underlying particle board also needs to be replaced. I have a builder who can help with the particle board but for the cork flooring I need help from a flooring specialist. I think the area affected will be 700mm x 700mm but hard to tell without lifting it up.
