Laying Timber in Kitchen to Replace Current Lino

We have a character home with original timber floors through most of the house apart from the kitchen. We would like to lay timber in the kitchen so we can sand back the rest of the floor and match it. The floor area is roughly 183cm x 266cm. With a small section under the oven which is an additional 94.5 x 51 cm. The existing floorboards are 10cm wide and we would want to match this.
