Flooring Install

We have procured some LVT mini planks from Jacobsens and we need to lock someone in to install them. Preferably some time, late Jan or early Feb as we have some other renovations happening this week and next. --- / These will be going into one downstairs bedroom, two upstairs bedrooms plus hall ways. We would like a gold/brass coloured trim for the doorways and the edge of the stairs which we have not yet procured. There may be a layer of insulation that goes between the floor and the planks, I'm just working out the details of this with Jacobsens. I'm looking for a competitive quote here, please let me know what you can do.
