Area: 30sqm total-open plan living, dining and kitchen plus separate en suite. Installed on concrete slab, no uplift required but slab will need a light grinding. Planks are by Decotile by Jacobsen: 228.6mm x 1524mmj and 5mm thick. No undercutting required as trim will be installed after.

The tradesmen did not speak English which made discussion of how the flooring was to be laid, per manufacturer’s recommendation, difficult.
