Bedroom floor

I would like to get a quote for laying down the laminate in 4 bedrooms (approx 65m2) . Currently there is carpet in all bedrooms while rest of the house is laminate. Carpet needs to be removed and disposed. There is skirtings which I assume needs to be taken off and put back. House is built 3 years ago. No underfloor heating.
