Quote to replace water damaged wooden floor
Job description
Hi there, My name is Ryan. I run the Hilton Brown Swim School in Penrose. Our Boiler Room up stairs has had a number of issues this year (roof leaks, pipe leaks, Machinery leaks,). This has caused a lot of the floor to get wet. It doesn't look too bad from the top, but we have had water dripping in to our plant room underneath and we presume it has come from problems above. We would be looking for someone to lift the floor, inspect the damage and quote us for whatever may need done. It may just be the floor panels to replace, there may be some more hidden gems underneath it. The pictures attached show the area. We have got a quote to replace the pipework so no need to do that. Dependent on the work involved we may be able to schedule the pipework to be installed while working around the flooring if that was something that could be done. It would be the wood flooring on the lower level and upper lebvel of these pictures. I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to this sort of stuff but i will try and answer any questions you may have as best i can. I will look at any responses to this job after i finish morning classes tomorrow (Thursday).
