Full House (3BDRM) Wooden Floor Staining

Floor Staining for complete small 3 bedroom house including kitchen and living area. Bedrooms require carpet removal. Assessment required whether floors require sanding before restaining from current maple colour to slate grey-ebony type of colour. Note: Separate job also being posted for full walls to be repainted also. Preference for a single contractor to complete both jobs starting week commencing 10 October and completing before 21 October.
