Conservatory floor repair

Current floor is particle board with vinyl sheet cover. There is water damage to the particle board near doors that lead to the outside. Damage was caused by rain forming a puddle near the door and seeping through to the particle board. Job is to replace the damaged areas (or whole area if required) with water resistant plywood and cover with new vinyl sheet. See images attached. whole floor area is 320cm x 390cm. Damaged floor area is around 200cm x 300cm
