Floor removal and replacement & Wall replacement (small confined areas)

Building/fixing in 2-3 areas 1. Due to some leaking from washing machine hose in laundry (currently being replaced) I am needing to have flooring removed and replaced in laundry and on other side of wall in the lounge (two small 1x1 M2 areas). Have attached photos of the damage which is more evident in the lounge area vs under laundry tub area. 2. Due to leaking from toilet (currently being replaced/fixed) water has leaked into jibbing and there is water damage in wood in wall by the toilet (photo also attached of the damage) Needs to be completed within the next week preferably as have carpeting and painting being done.
