Floor removal and installation

hi, We have approx 40m2 laminate flooring and 8 m2 tiles to be laid. Living and kitchen. Tiles are currently in the kitchen -15m2 and need to be removed first, prep floor, and cut into kitchen cupboard (I assume ) so floor can be laid flush. Carpet currently in situ fir the rest Need to have good communication skills and time management. Time frame is sooner rather than later, so would love an on site quote asap
