3 bed house with 1930s T&G floors need sanding and finishing

We have a 1940s brick and tile house with what we think are matai tongue & groove floors. The floors are in three bedrooms, the living room, and entranceway. It looks like they were last varnished in the 70s. We’d like them checked over, polished , and then finished with either matt polyurethane or oil (to be discussed with you). Timing is flexible - the painters finish this week so the house is ready to go, but we are flexible. If you are available soon please say so in your first message.
