floor sanding

need floors sanded in kitchen, hallway and lounge approxiamately 70 square meters and any dust and rubbish removed. Floors are tongue and groove, I think they're Rimu, House is late 1950's if that gives you some sort of indication, kitchen floors have had lino tiles previously which have been lifted and all the glue now removed, lounge floor has paint splotches here and there but not really bad.
