Vinyl floor repair

Existing vinyl floor tiles in a kitchenette have bubbled and lifted. The job is to remove existing tiles, supply and install new tiles to match (if possible) existing. Note the replacement could be vinyl sheet. The substrate is concrete and area approx. 6sq m.
