Seal concrete floor - basement studio

Prepare surface, then seal 3m by 4m room floor with sustainable, low VOC product to prevent damp rising in winter. Surface needs to be non slip, though will probably be covered. Job needs to be done in dry autumn weather. Concrete is 10 years old, hand mixed, not smooth. Room has rarely been used. Easy access to outside.
