Sand, Stain and coat native wooden floors
Job description
We have just purchased a 1950s Stucco home which has original Matai and another timber as floors. The previous owner has done a poor job of sanding and coating in the past. The areas we would be looking to renovate are the kitchen, dining room, living room and hallway. Size is approximately 100m2. The current owners will move out on the 7th March so we would like to commence work very soon after this. Work would need to be completed by 23rd March. House will be empty, but we will be looking to paint the interior at the same time, so some flexibility and planning will be required with the other supplier.

We were very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of Roi who has an immense amount of experience. The quote was also extremely competitive. As I understand the business has been taken over (previously Roi's Flooring) by other family members, so not possible to comment on their ability as they did not complete our job.
