Sand and Polyurethane a Rimu Floor

Hiya, we have just ripped up the carpet in our 2 bedroom flat and discovered beautiful, unadulterated virgin heart rimu floors. We would like to get a price (subject to inspection of course) to sand as necessary (we will uplift the existing smoothedge), prep and polyurethane (with moisture cure not just turps based please) polyurethane. The areas are 5.5m x3.8m, and hallway 5x1m, so a total of 26m2. Can you please tell us approx cost all up, and how many coats it includes. Also, when you could do it. Available any time from no, flat is vacant so any time except stat holidays as neighbours wouldnt be impressed, lol. Immediate payment upon completion. Cheers, Lincoln :)

Romero did a beautiful and thorough job, from preparation through to the final result His supplier sold him a batch of faulty polyurethane so Romero had to sand it all off and start from.scratch. He was flexible in working around our deadlines, and nothing was a problem, one of the nicest tradies l have ever met. I totally commend Romero to anyone who wants a great job done at a fair price.. l wont hesitate to use Romero for future work 🙏🙏🙏
