Floor sanding, staining and polyurethaning of studio unit

I have a small studio of approximately 13-14sqm of currently painted wooden floors that I would like to have sanded back, stained (with a dark stain - and importantly stained not painted) and polyurethaned (with a non-glossy poly). Afraid I am not sure what the underlying wood is in case that is of interest/relevance. Some very ordinary photos (possibly not really offering much insight - apologies) of the space attached. FYI the space will be essentially empty for the job - you will not need to move furniture. I am looking to have the job done between the 1st and 4th of November and that timing is important.
