Gradual Damage

Leakage in the base of a HOT WATER CYLINDER over time has caused the floor timbers in the vicinity of the leak to rot. The areas affected are the bedroom and the bathroom area. There is possibly a need to remove the carpet (in the bedroom) and tiles in the bathroom area to repair the affected wood and then replace the carpet and tiles. Special consideration.......the builder must be on site at the same time as the plumber who wants to install the hot water cylinder soon after builder is done. I would want this job done as soon as possible. The plumber is ready to start.
