Removal of flooring

We have vinyl flooring in our kitchen, laundry and bathroom that needs removing within the next week. It’s pretty stubborn and difficult to remove, we would also need it to be potentially sanded down so it’s flat for us to put in laminate flooring. We also have carpet in the living room which we might remove ourselves but if it’s not a huge extra price we’d be open to you doing that too.
