The total floor area is 40-50m2 in a 1960s house in New Windsor. The wood seems to be native, and has some patching done over the years. You should see these in the photos. There is about 1.5m2 of new flooring that sits about 2mm above the old timber, and there is about 1.5m2 of timber that is pretty grey, but ok, that was under structure since removed. These will require more attention. The rest of the floor should be pretty easy, varnished, with some parts with little left.
