Replacing Laminate flooring in Studio Apartment Kitchen

We need to replace the laminate flooring in our studio flat due to water damage (mould) from a leak in the bathroom. Approx 2.5sqm of flooring to remove, clean and replace. The laminate adjoins a carpeted area and the replacement will need to be connected to the same. We will require the tradesman to provide the laminate (a close enough look alike substitute is fine) and to remove the damaged laminate/flooring from the premises. Please note this is rental apartment, so we are time and cost sensitive as we do not want to displace the tenant for too long during the repairs process. Many thanks for your time.
