I'm looking to remove carpet in my lounge (around 17sqm), vinyl in my toilet and bathroom (around 4 sqm) and have these areas sanded, then polished to match the rest of the house. I'm not sure of the type of wood but the house is from the 1940s and is weatherboard. The 3rd and 4th picture will give you an idea of the flooring we currently have in the house.
