Sand and poly new stand flooring
Job description
Loft room in new garage. Sand back new strand board and apply 2 or 3 coats of polyurethane. (As agreed) Measured floor is 39 m2. Nails punched already and flooring is new but has been down for a few months. In good condition with no cement or plaster and only extremely minimal painters residue. Note the apex walls come down to about 400 mm high along the ends of the room. URGENT job in Mt Eden. I'd rather take an immediate price without a site inspection, and prefer job done (started) Friday this week. You will need good references, preferably off Builders Crack and clarity that the person doing the work is the person who has the references.
