Gavin is one of those rare creatures who has integrity. He turned up as scheduled, started the job and then told us not to waste our money because the floor had borer. He then advised us exactly what to do. His job had been costed and he lost a lot of money - refusing to allow us to pay for something we would later regret. If what goes around comes around, Gavin will get his reward. We can not thank him enough!
