From the back corner boundary to current block wall New fence required : 2m high tanalised wooden fence , including top lattice Details required in the RFP : 1. Design : similar to photo attached  Size and number of posts  distance between posts  Depths of posts in the ground  Size of horizontal railings between posts and the number of railings between each post . Will it be top and bottom railings only or top/middle/bottom railings?  Size and type of palings and gap between each paling  Height of bottom rail above the ground  Position of top rail below the top of the post  Size of top lattice 2. Materials to be used and the costs : ( do not use second grade timber)  H4 posts  H3 railing  H3 paling sizes  fixings ( eg. galavanised nails)  concreting of posts 3. Labour costs 4.
