Timber fence to boundary side of deck (and steps) and handrail on other side of steps (to meet building code requirements) Timber paling fence (with top capping) approximately 5.4m of 1.2m to boundary side of deck and 3.1m of 1m down the side of steps (continuing on same side). Site photo included. Timber hand rail on inside of steps approximately 3.1m (example as shown in photos). All to meet building code eg height of hand rail down steps (including graspable rail on either side). Graspable rail shown in photo can be timber or any other material and fixed on top or to the side of railing (but only needed on one side of steps). Site has easy access.
