Installing fencing and concrete, as per council plan for my home

Hello I will need someone to lay concrete for a driveway and fencing all around my property. An electrician to remove the fluorescent office lights , so I can put new lights up. Also to check out the existing electrics. I will need someone to install a hot water cylinder, install a bath, basins and x2 toilets. Someone to install a log burner with flu. Where do I need to get consent from?
