Fencing of garden

Hello, We have a lower garden which historically hasn't had any fencing in a couple of areas. However, a landslip a couple of years ago has now made one part of the garden dangerous to access ahead of remediation works. Another part of the bottom garden also now borders a sharp drop (with a building site next door). We are looking for some form of soft fencing (as opposed to timber) to secure the area better for our dog, and to prevent getting to close the boundary line of the property. Example photos attached.
