Excellent communicator, very obliging. We asked for completion by the end of Nov, and Surash started just days after we agreed on the contract, completing it in just over a week. When we raised any issues, he discussed them clearly and gave good reasons for his decisions. He kept in touch as to when he would be on the job and tidied up after. Great craftsmanship. He thought a lot about the design and how to work around the unexpected (which always happens!). I'd definitely contract him again.
