Wooden gates and handrail

We have two outdoor wooden stairs leading off our back yard- one towards the front of the property, the other towards the upper level of the yard. We are looking for a simple gate, fence and handrail installed on each. It doesn't need to be anything fancy, just enough to keep an enterprising 3-year-old and soon to be walking 9 month old from going up/down the stairs unattended. There is no particular urgency to the work - great to have it done at some point this year, and very happy to have it fit in around other work.
