Batten fencing for townhouse backyard — small but high quality

I own a townhouse in Mount Cook with my partner and we are wanting to add a batten fence in overlay to an existing fence (that cannot be removed as it backs onto Government house). The fence is ~4m long and ~1.8m tall. We are after a nicely detailed batten style fence in a light natural timber. See photos for a quick drawing we have done of what we are after and some reference photos of similar fences we have found.
