35 Metre Long Fence

We need a 35 metre x 1.9 metre high fence built between 2 adjoining properties. Approximately 10 metres of the fence will face 1 property and be closed board paling style fence. The balance of fence will face the other property and be built in a horizontal slat style (plain side of decking timber) up to 1.5 metre height, with opaque material (allowing light, but not see through) on the top 400mm of the fence.
