Fence contractor - assessment of feasibility for a fence and recommendation

I need an experienced fence contractor who is willing to come to site to assess a proposed fence by neighbours and provide an independent assessment of its feasibility to later be used inDisputes tribunal. May need to be available as a Witness for a quick call during the hearing The land is on a sloping section, and the soil on the boundary line is likely to collapse when digging for fence posts. It does not have a retainer there, however the neighbours are just wanting to get this job done without understanding if the fence will actually work If you are interested in fencing another part of the section at an up to $200 p/lm price, then we could look into proposing your company for it (about 28mt) Thanks
