Build A Fence (posts already concreted in)

I have a relatively small fence that needs to built at the front of my property. Length approx . 12m. The posts have already been concreted in by the company that poured the concrete. I'd like a decent looking fence - I have attached an image of one that I like. Would like this to priced up including materials.
