Garden box border along fence line

We've given up trying to communicate with the council regarding the rebuilding of a fence along a shared boundary so we would like the help of someone who would be able to build a garden box that is 35m long so that we can plant griselinia hedges instead. We would need a hand removing the remainder of the fence as the concrete posts are very heavy and would need at least 2 people to move them.
