concrete wall and fence for garden makeover

Hi, on a fairly small rectangular garden on a sloping street, we need to replace the low front (around 7m length and half metre high) concrete retaining wall and build a wooden slat fence with simple gate along the front and 1m in on both sides. the fence will sit approx half a metre back from the retaining wall. This is one of our first key steps in the landscaping project, and has to occur prior to the gardem landscaping, so we are keen to get started asap. we have had a professional landscape design done.
