Cement in fence post and re-hang an existing small gate

This is a small gate that gets daily use - in an easily accessible location. Essentially the supporting post (about 1 metre high) is not cemented into the ground but rather bolted into some supporting structure. As a result is has come loose. And as a result the gate is on an angle and doesn't open / shut properly. I want someone to put a new post into the ground as a permanent solution and then re-hang the gate which is currently on a lean due to the current post having moved. And there is need for a new gate latch. Regards, Steve
