Gate post - needs stabilising #2

Hi there, we had a gate put in 6 years ago and it needs stabilising. The fencer couldn't get through the concrete and so used a metal bracket to hold in the post. It sways in the wind. I think it needs to come out and a hole dug with a new post concreted in. But am open to suggestions.
