10 meter post and rail fence between 2 houses in Brooklyn

Hi there, we need a gap 21 meter gap closed between 2 houses. The fence will connect the back- with the front-yard fence. The fence will be around 1.70 meter tall and 21 meter long. All we need are - 10 rough sawn --- radiate posts - holes dug 60 cm deep (soil is okay-ish) - post braced and concreted in - top and bottom rails fixed between the posts. We do the palings ourselves. The site is about 70 meters from the street with 20 steps. Work is not urgent (about 6 to 10 weeks away). All I need for now are some rough quotes :). Thank you for your time!
