Scope of Works 1. Repair and Install Gate - A gate with a broken bottom hinge is required to be repaired. - The wooden frame the gate hinge was attached to looks as if it is rotten. - It is desired to replace both hinges to the gate to avoid any future issues with the operability of the gate. - Install the gate once new hinges have been affixed to the gate frame. 2. Refix vertical bollards to balcony frame. Refer to pictures. There are 3 that have come loose and require reaffixing to the frames with galvanized nails. Refer to pictures.
