Replacement Fence between Neighbours

We have a trellis fence between us and the uphill neighbour that is slowly falling down and needs to be replaced. Approx 7.5m in length and about 1.5m in height. We own our property, and the neighbour rents his property out - we have both agreed that we need to get a fence put up to replace the current one. We are after a paling fence to match the other ones around our property, with capping. We are flexible about the timeline to undertake this work.
