Re-fencing (New Fence) at Bedroom Level

Hi We are keen to do refencing of bedroom level fence. Posts are separated 1.5m apart, 13 on Western Side (12 spacings), and 5 on Norther side (4 Spacings), total 16 spacing at 1.5 meters ( total 24 Meters). Posts are to be attached to the wall on the lower level which is at 1.5 meter height from the lower level. A walk in access to lower level is available. Photos of the existing fence posts attached. If previous fence can be reused then tradiee can suggest it, if not it is to removed completely and disposed off. Completed fence is to be stained.
