Inspect back fence for shed stability

We are requiring someone to come look at our back fence. We are a new development and require someone to verify whether the ground is stable enough to place a shed on. We have concerns over the lack of retaining wall and potential erosion of the ground and require an expert to provide guidance on what would be required if we were to build. We ideally need someone before the 14th of Jan as the developers subcontractors are due then. Should only require half and hour.
