Replace timber balustrade

I have a timber balustrade at the end of my veranda which needs replacing. Pet rabbits have amost gnawed through it in two places at the bottom and the top railing subsequently broke. The width of the balustrade is 1.18m. The height of the top railing is 1.02m. On the other side of the balustrade there is a drop of approximately 1.6m. I am wanting someone to replace the balustrade and I will paint it myself. No specific timeframe - just looking for someone who can fit this job in within the next few weeks. Thanks a lot.
