Fencing yard

Looking to fence our yard to make it safe for our 2 year old and futureproof for a dog. Two main sections: Section 1: Going down alongside the steps in the photo I'd like standard timber fencing roughly 1.8 metres high. Total length 10 metres Section 2: Along the concrete wall I'm looking for fencing with gaps it it and less height, maybe 1m? This is to prevent my toddler being able to fall over the drop but I want to keep it as open as possible. I've included photos of next doors fencing which is what I'm looking for here. Total length: 13 metres. I'd like a small gate at the far end. See photos. Let me know if you have any questions, keen to get this in quickly if possible.
