The job comprises the erection of new fencing, along the part of a boundary, which is not already fenced. I own a 4 –unit property in Berhampore, Wellington. It has a block of 4 garages. On the left side of the property, the neighbour’s trees and bushes are growing so high that they are extending onto the roof of the garages. The job is to cut them back to the boundary, and erect a boundary fence to block them. This would be a continuation of the existing wooden fence, which currently stops just before the block of garages. The existing wooden fence has a height of 178 cms. The length of the new fence would be about 6 metres. The units and the current boundary fence are elevated above the road level; I want the current fence to be extended along the side of the garage block. Please see the attached photos. I would expect the new fence to be a close –boarded timber fence. If necessary, I can get another contractor to do the “cutting back” of the trees and bushes. I am happy to meet on site to discuss.
