1. Open and install a gate on the fence. 2. Build a steps down to the slope ( approxi. 1.3-1.5 m high) Timing: no urgency but would be good to have it done before Christmas Potential Extra work: need to remove all the long grass on the slope afterwards and plant 50 + trees/plants.
