My (rough sawn) timber fence is old and tired, but now is not the right time for me to replace it. At two spots, the fence is tilting towards the neighbours' property. This seems to be caused by 4 wobbly fence posts, which may need to be replaced(?). Also, at least at one spot (but the rest of the fence needs to be checked), the timber panels need to be re-attached to the fence posts. Both gates need to be re-hung on their post. However, the post/fence on which the big gate has to be hung is wobbly, just like some of the fence posts, so possibly this also requires some work to stabilise the big gate. Several bolts (approx. 2cm long) from a removed fence are still stuck in the concrete. I'd like these bolts to be removed (or cut). I'd also like to have a basketball hoop (attached to another fence) removed. The two sets of hinges and one (long shoot) pad bolt are the only things that I've already bought for this job. With the weather getting worse with Winter approaching, this job would preferably be done in the short-term (in the next few weeks). I'm not sure the fence will survive another big storm. Please, indicate in your quote how soon you'd be able to do this job.
